No-Refund Policy

All payments for Xonvert Pro subscriptions are final and non-refundable. When you subscribe, you are purchasing access to Pro features for the duration of your billing period (monthly or yearly).

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain full Pro access until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refund is provided for unused time
  • Your account will automatically revert to the Free tier when the billing period ends
  • You can resubscribe at any time

Plan Changes

If you switch between monthly and yearly billing:

  • Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
  • No refunds are issued for the current period
  • Proration may apply when upgrading from monthly to yearly

Exceptions

In rare cases, we may consider a refund at our sole discretion if:

  • You were charged due to a technical error on our end
  • You were double-charged for the same billing period
